We are waiting in “the wings” backstage planning for the time when we can entertain you again. This Covid-19 virus has caused us to shelter in place! We have put your donations in our savings account so the funds will be ready when we can use them for the productions we’ve promised to deliver. Our financial goal is to keep funds safe from market volatility. This virus has caused immeasurable damage to every part of our lives and livelihoods.
As singers, we have been unable to sing at any events because our voices might cause the spread of infection more easily than just simple speech. FVLP has chosen not to broadcast a live performance because of the cost in providing a quality on-line performance.

Soirée Lyrique, now Fox Valley Lyrical Productions, incorporated on March 2014 as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.
Our Mission, Activities and Geographic Focus: The mission of Fox Valley Lyrical Productions (originally Soirée Lyrique) is to create and nourish a greater appreciation of the classical vocal arts and to educate through professional performances and community outreach programs in Elgin and the Fox Valley area.
Fox Valley Lyrical Productions’ activities includes concerts of excerpts of arts songs, musical theater, sacred music, opera highlights with piano or chamber ensemble to fully staged opera productions with orchestra.
The organization prides itself on training, nurturing and launching young artists through its summer Young Artist Program & Vocal Competition – The Fox Valley Rising Stars!
What’s New: Our new website will enable our sponsors to purchase tickets and make donations on-line. The new name will be easier for our audience to remember!
Our plans to expand our geographic outreach: Fox Valley Lyrical Productions plans to bring our productions to Elgin and communities outside of our immediate vicinity in 2019.
